Without a doubt the best service ever. Called Brandon at 3:30 pm on a Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 am had concrete poured, old unit gone, and new unit running. Brandon even brought us to portable room units for the night. If you need a unit or service, there is absolutely no one else to call.

Mr. Brandon Byers did an excellent job. He was able to come on a days notice. Our A/C went out. He is very professional, answering all questions we had. Explained the troubleshooting he was doing, found the problem, was able to make the repair the same day, and when we asked if he could look at our 2nd A/C unit, found a issue on it, he was able to fix it also. We will use Mr. Byers in the future and recommend his services to others. Thank you again!!! We appreciate you!!!

I cannot stress how brilliant this service has been. The young gentleman was very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, thorough and patient and was so lovely with my noisy pup. He arrived promptly, was very courteous on the phone and I am absolutely thrilled to have my (old) AC working. You really can’t go wrong with The Comfort Doctor service. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend the comfort doctor. I have used him twice for separate issues, one time was on Saturday and he was able to fix the problem in the same day, actually within just a few hours of me reaching out- which is a blessing in the summer heat!
