I recently had the opportunity to participate in the Coaching for Respect certification program, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. One of the biggest highlights for me was the opportunity to practice coaching on live actors with real emotions. This pushed me outside of my comfort zone, but I value such experiences immensely as they provide invaluable learning opportunities. Additionally, having the chance to coach in front of the rest of the class and receive feedback was incredibly beneficial.

The program allowed me to experience the entire coaching for respect process from start to finish, leaving me feeling confident that I can help individuals restore workplace relationships in the face of respect challenges. Gregg Ward, the Executive Director, deserves special recognition for his exceptional knowledge, engaging delivery, and ability to hold our attention for the entire 2.5 days of training. In my opinion, this was the best professional development experience I've ever had.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Coaching for Respect certification program to anyone in coaching, mediation, or HR roles. It's a game-changer!

Gregg Ward brings the epitome of what a respectful leader truly means. I worked with both nominal leaders who achieve great results through respect and a plethora of leaders that push and shove others around, often in disrespectful ways. I myself have learned that true leaders work hard at earning and showing respect to those with whom they work. A great book indeed!
