Working with Rob as a career coach was great. He is really insightful and helped me to really challenge myself to think about what I really wanted and how to get there. He worked through a number of steps and exercises that allowed me to reflect on existing skills and experience, and start to consider how these skills could transferable. Really helped me to articulate what I bring to the table, and also a good reminder of all the things I have done which was great for my confidence. In summary, practical, knowledgeable but also fun. Rob has been a fantastic support while going through the process to apply for new roles during my redundancy journey. He gently guides you through the process to update your C.V and how to best showcase your skills for maximum potential. He helped me really understand what I enjoy about my job and what I am looking for in future employment and how to identify these roles successfully.
