I got my first ever ticket on 10/22. I called this office on 11/21 to ask if it was okay if I came on 11/22 to pay the court fees, without any additional fees. The woman on the phone assured me it was okay and proceeded to tell me to come in the next day, since I couldn’t come in on 11/21. When I came in (the day after I called), the woman at the front desk told me, “I don’t know who you spoke to on the phone but you need to pay the late fee because we need to pay the court and the lawyer.” I’m very disappointed in the manner that she spoke to me. I would have been okay to pay the late fee (because the payment is indeed late), but she was so rude and inconsiderate. She kept interrupting me as I spoke trying to explain what the person on the phone told me. I had to call my mom to help me figure out what I should do. I would not recommend this place due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would give ZERO STARS if I could. I wish I got the lady’s name but DO NOT COME HERE!!

I received a speeding ticket from the Broward Sheriff's Department on July 28, 2022. I contacted Attorney Baker's office and emailed him a copy of the ticket. Within less than 24 hrs he responded and gave me my options. He told me there was an error on my ticket and there's a chance it could be dismissed. He also told me that based upon my driving record I could take a safe driver's course and pay the $280 citation. This route would've ensured that I received no points on my driver's license. I chose to have Attorney Baker's office file for a hearing...and five weeks later my ticket was dismissed!!!

Remember, there are no guarantees in life. One's attorney SHOULD offer their clients insight as to how their case could play out in court. Attorney Baker delivered!!

I am writing this review months after my settlement came through and on the 1 year anniversary of the car accident. I was referred to Ira by a friend of mine. I was in complete shock by the activities of that evening but Ira responded quickly and advised the next steps within the first 24hrs.
