We get quick and personal responses when we need assistance and that really makes a difference for our team. I feel it makes such a difference using a small Managed IT Provider, we are no longer are just a number to a large firm, instead we are partners with a provider that gives us superb customer service and support. I really love the way that the entire TekMate team takes the time to understand our business model and mission so that they understand our unique needs. I thought my computer had a virus so I hired this company to check my computer. They removed so many applications and basically ruined my computer. I cannot access so may websites, I can no longer get my emails. They ruined my computer. Do not use this company.
