I have been doing my taxes for the past 10 years with Taxfit. They are truly the best at what they do. Karoll-Ann Fanfan is extremely knowledgeable and pay special attention to every single one of her clients. I came to write review today and i read some of those reviews who reviewed her poorly. I have to say since i am a longtime customer, it is true at time communication had been difficult but it is because Karoll-Ann grew exponatioly overnight and double her clientels every year so there was some adjustment i am sure needed to be made. all i will say take your time and truly read all the reviews here and you will see that the good ones outweight the bad ones and that speak volumes. Anyways, me i will always use Taxfit because i trust them and they always do an amazing job

Do not get your taxes done by this company. Horrible customer service, never replies to emails, messages or answers the phone. If you do get someone on the phone they'll just tell you they will get back to you and never will. Going on 3 weeks since I haven't heard from them about my tax return. I have been using this company for the past several years and every year it gets worse. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FILE YOUR TAXES!!!
