This has been the most disappointing experience I've had. I filed taxes for two years, and both were done incorrectly, forcing me to hire a real tax professional to correct the inaccurate income information. To make matters worse, Claudia, the tax preparer, was eating throughout my entire intake, which felt unprofessional and distracting. On top of that, she entered my bank account information incorrectly. Looking back, it's definitely worth paying extra to work with a qualified expert who truly knows what they’re doing.

Paperwork handled incorrectly, still waiting on my taxes filed Feb 2024. When we called her she said it’s out her hands as she has processed paperwork and to call IRS. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I was very stressed and anxious about my tax situation that I could not seem to be able to fix. I tried a few different places and had no success. As soon as I walked in, Claudia told me to relax, that everything was going to be okay and it was. She was very calm and understanding. She was patient while I scattered throughout my mess of papers and wanted to cry! Long story short - I didn't cry, she fixed it and I am a happy camper now.
