The staff at TRC are knowledgeable and I am pleased with how thourough they are and how they look for every deduction that I am entitled to.

The office is very neat, comfortable and in a great location easily accessible from I-95, 826, and the Florida Turnpike.

Never ever pay Noah before he does your taxes I'm a over the road truck driver and I paid him to do my taxes and I'm still waiting for the taxes to get filled.. they don't answer there phone and will not work if you pay them first.

I have been a client for Tax Resource Center for over 16 years and I will be honest when it comes to customer service in front with the receptionist needs to improve but the people that prepares my returns I love the service I get because they will tell you what you can and can not add on your return, which I know the definition of a scammer will not do they just scam you period. I've referred many people over the years I have been dealing with this establishment and they still come here. I don't even live in the same state now I have moved and guess what they still does my taxes so that tells you something about this establishment. I have NEVER had ANY issues with my returns nor funds. I happen to go online and seen the previous review what this unhappy, probably misunderstood or uneducated customer regarding his check. If they were a scam first of all IRS wouldn't send you a check to begin with they would have only sent you a letter and explain why you are receiving that letter. If at any time that I thought this company was a scam I would have reported them long time ago, which it has yet to happen after 16 years and because there is nothing scandalous about them I'm still here, if at any point that a customer has an issue with their tax return the owner is always on top of it personally. I've personally seen some occasions years ago where customer may come in to advise they received a letter regarding more information from IRS, the owner himself would come out the office and ask to meet with them one on one to explain why and what it is IRS is asking for and they come out happy not upset or yelling and saying deformation lies about the establishment, why you ask, because it has nothing to do with who filed your tax it's what YOU provided and included in YOUR return because all they do is assist with PREPARING your tax returns. Lets not misunderstood what you provide verses who prepares your return, because YOU as well have are responsible to review what was added and/or removed on your return before signing it, am I correct? Now I have yet to now ANY tax company that does NOT charge a fee to prepare tax but Turbo Tax and you do that on your own online. See with me I refuse to sign anything before reviewing what's on the documents and asking questions if I don't understand and/or why or what is it that I am being charged for. Signing something EVERYONE should always do is read and ask questions because you don't know what your signing if it's to take your life for God sake, DUH! I am sure there is more to what he is claiming and not saying as everyone can see he only using religion which they never came at me with that at all nor to anyone. He never said what IRS said about why he is missing this so call "$500", maybe because he claimed something he wasn't suppose to, what that has to do with the establishment, nothing, yet he didn't state why right. Then he said they charge him about $350 to PREPARE his return, so they was suppose to do your taxes for free LOL, because that's about right what they charge, seriously you sound uneducated. Now that is why I mentioned earlier IF you would have reviewed your documents you would have noticed the fees and at THAT time you could have asked questions WHY are you being charged that amount. See how easy that could have cleared things up before you walked out those doors. And if you decided to tell them your whole life story where you from what church you go to who your pastor is that's on you, maybe they knew who the pastor was and just like you gave them your life store that person may have brought it up to the pastor and I'm sure not to cover anything up because what the pastor can do about, nothing, really LOL. You sound dumb right now. Anyways, I just had to give my option about what I read cause it was very funny, didn't make any sense, so confusing and sounded very uneducated. Hopefully you've learned your lesson too READ, REVIEW, ASK questions before signing ANYTHING, okay.
