If I could give negative stars I would! Do not go here for your taxes I went for 4 years straight no problems I sent Sierra over 6 people in recommendations. Just to find out this year she filed incorrect unauthorized numbers for my 2023 tax return. After letting her know I will be amending my taxes with someone else and reporting her to the irs, she then cussed me out (so unprofessional)…I received a text from her letting me know she went behind my back and amended my taxes without my permission and then continued to laugh as if it was funny! Then her cousin the owner of this company called me with Sierra on 3 way to threaten me to come to fly to Texas to beat my a**. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company is unprofessional you will make a huge mistake! And if they have done your taxes is the past please make sure you get an actually copy of it and have a second opinion look over it to make sure that you won’t get audited. Reports have been made to the irs both on the company and this Sierra individual. Attorney will be In touch as well.
