They weren't bad in the past. We're always a little expensive but lately they want a retainer fee and are charging too much for a simple return. I did my taxes with TurboTax last year and saved $400. If you have a simple return do it yourself it's not hard.

We had come to Tax House Miami on recommendation of a friend, and given them a lot of credit based on that recommendation. Unfortunately they failed to file on time, or communicate what they needed, costing us $1000s in extra fees and interest. It should be a red flag when they only work a couple days a week and don't answer phones when you need them to be responsive. Not really cheap either, so don't risk it - find someone more professional.
