I'll say their operating system is nice and streamlined. However, I called and spoke to the assistant who advised me that with State filing , my small business and my work income it would be 4-450$ to file . I was clear about all the things I needed to file . sent all documents request and was advised I needed to send last year's return , I was preparing to send that when , In a separate message, I was sent an invoice for 650$ to file . I reached out asked if they would honor the price I was quoted by the assistant . I was told that the "final amount was calculated after receiving the documents" .

However, I was given a price range and wouldn't mind paying a little more. But 200$ more ? That's crazy. And also alot more expensive than other CPAs In the area. I'll be going elsewhere. This place is not meant for people on a budget.

I had been doing my family's taxes myself for the last 10 years, but finally felt a bit too overwhelmed with my tax situation and thought I needed a true tax expert. I am a licensed CPA, however I don't practice tax, so knew I needed someone specialized to help. Theresa was so awesome - her team got us onboarded easily, got us in to meet her and go over our situation, and Theresa even offered to help us understand what changes we can make to for a more preferable tax situation in 2023. Her online tools are user friendly and have not given me any issues at all. I will continue to use her for my returns as long as she is in business, and I am excited to finally feel 100% confident in my tax returns!
