I have been using Tax Cheapo for about 5 to 6 six years now and I love it there. Brittany always makes sure I got straight and gives awesome service. She stays in touch with you to make sure you got straight no matter how long it takes. I would most definitely recommend everyone to use Tax Cheapo you won't be disappointed at all.

This lady is a fraud Brittney Morrison. She filed my tax returns for 2022 and 2023. Then when I contacted the IRS about my return they said my money was funded to a unknown account so when I confronted her she tells me that someone filed my children which was impossible I gave her my information. Her and her assistance Willie Kitchen both lied as I continued to ask they both changed the stories around on each other. I highly don't recommended anyone to go here if you don't want to get scammed please file your own tax return or go to H&R Block or somewhere legit. Stay away from these people.

I have had several positive experiences with Britney over the years when filing my taxes. However, in March 2023, I received a notice from the IRS stating that I owed almost 10k, which was later reduced to 5k which I collected penalties and interest on overtime which ended up accumulating up to almost 6k. Upon contacting Britney about this issue, I found that her responsiveness decreased after she had my information and I had agreed to file with her. It turned out that in 2021 she had underreported my taxes, even though I had sent her the requested documents to her business email as requested and as usual. Despite providing proof of sending the requested documents in a timely manner, Britney claimed she didn't receive them.

She filed an amendment, which was later denied due to an error. She failed to keep me updated on the status of the amendment and only made efforts to follow up with the IRS when I constantly reached out to her. Consequently, a corrected amendment was submitted in February 2024, but the process was delayed, and I did not receive any updates despite my efforts to stay involved.

Unfortunately, when I eventually received my refund, the entire balance owed was deducted, leaving me with less than $1000. I reached out to Britney to see if she could make any accommodations due to the situation being her fault. Although she initially expressed willingness to accommodate me, she later backtracked, making excuses and failing to take any accountability.

Overall, the experience left me with little confidence in her trustworthiness and commitment to her clients. I intend to pursue accountability and ensure that others are not placed in a similar situation.

Brittany was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. In previous years I had done my taxes through turbo tax, which I now regret. Working with Brittany gave me more insight into so many details that I had never thought of.. would you go to a lawyer for tax advise? No! So I stopped relying on my own thinking and hired someone who is more educated than I am.. and I don’t regret it.
