Scammer,scammers,scammers!!!

Service has gone downhill. Milton told my refund would be a certain amount, but after two months of no refund, with zero help from his office staff, I finally reached the IRS myself. Was told my refund would be reduced by $1800, because he forgot to enter some information .Numerous emails to his office and no explanation or apology. Mistakes happen, but at least own it, apologize, especially when I’m told I’d get a certain amount and I had planned for that amount in my budget. Paid him $700 for this. My money was good enough to them, but when a mistake is made that cost me $1800 out of my refund, it seems an explanation is not. Screwed my parents up as well. We will be using another tax preparer next season. Milton it’s a rude person who doesn’t care about your taxes and all he wants it’s to rip you off!!!
Stay away from his company!
