I have spent years tackling and working on things that make me human from therapy to self help books and more, and never have I experienced the level of deep insight I have by working with Tarah. She has a laser sharp ability to drill down to the root of any issue and help you look at it in a way you never would have considered. Tarah offers you a mirror in which to see yourself, notice your patterns, examine your thoughts, pain and feelings and gives you new fresh ways of seeing yourself all while giving your actionable strategies that are easy to apply in any situation. Tarah is kind, encouraging, down-to-earth and motivating but won't let you wallow. This isn't therapy, this is coaching, so be prepared to not just talk but to work on yourself and take steps with her guidance. Her embracing nature and motivating spirit is the perfect combination and what makes her so talented and gifted at what she does. I can't recommend Tarah enough.
