They were very sweet and kind in helping my daughter get registered and in for her initial assessment. They were understanding of her needs and the fact that she is very shy. We forgot her glasses and they were still accommodating, and even said if she doesn’t do well and not having her glasses results in a bad outcome we can retest her. My daughter was also happen about the tokens and prizes they give. So far it has been a great experience.

Our 6 yr old daughter started receiving tutoring at this facility about a month ago. I asked her today, “how’s it going?” Her response was “Mom, I love it. Everyone is very nice and I like the Toy Shop reward store.” This facility represents what learning should look like. The staff is professional and the center is structured completely toward learning. We are highly satisfied with the level of customer service and tutoring our daughter is receiving and would highly recommend the facility to any parent who wants quality tutoring for their child.

The staff is very informative and the facility is clean and has a great vibe to it. The young man who did my daughter’s assessment (Jack? Jake?) was phenomenal and she loved him. Can’t wait to really get started!

My step daughter has been doing great here. She is learning so many new things and becoming excited to learn. She took a bath the other day and after I realized she used her bath crayons and had been doing math on the wall!! It makes me happy to see this progress! Thank you 😊

My kids have struggled with learning in their core classes and we just couldn’t get them back on track alone. The staff/teachers at Sylvan embraced them (and me) into their learning family with enthusiasm and a plan that is achievable and realistic for my learners. Any questions or concerns I’ve had are addressed immediately and professionally. Needless to say, my kids are progressing better than I could have imagined. They are gaining skills AND confidence! They LOVE “Sylvan days” and I do too! Highly recommend!
