I allow myself to write to you to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company. Unfortunately, the service I have received has not met my expectations and, in some cases, has been unacceptable. Furthermore, under deception, they want to keep clients' money illegally. They make you believe one thing. But I have recorded conversations from Marisol that indicate that the owner accepted an agreement and now they say no. but I have proof. As a customer, I have the right to receive quality and satisfactory service in accordance with the terms and conditions established in our contract or agreement. You expected your company or entity to meet the professional and quality standards expected in the industry. Therefore, I urge you to take immediate steps to address and resolve the issues. I request from the date of this letter to receive a response and satisfactory resolution of this matter that concerns me. If I do not get a timely and adequate response, I will be forced to explore other options, such as filing a complaint with the relevant authorities. Do not rent with these people, in addition to the poor service, they keep people's money illegally.

Sundance have been managing my property for 15 years now and they have done a wonderful job. They handle everything from, contracts with tenants, day to day maintenance, collection of rent and even advice on insurance and keeping up to date with property taxes. I get a monthly report and each year I also get an annual report with photos of the property. I can highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service. Recently move out from one of their property. The owner was the cheapest man on earth. In my neighborhood people told me that he was rude, and assh$&@ They house was not painted, pool screens detached a month after I moved, refrigerator broke and they replace it for an apartment one(very small). Old house with patches everywhere.When moved out they overcharged unfairly. They add things that the house didn't have at the moving time. We clean carpet bathroom, mound lawn. I removed my own trash and they even charge me for that. Make sure that take notes on minimal details when you move in, because they will do everything to take your deposit away. They will remodel their crappie house with your deposit. Keep that in mind.

Absoulelty love our house. If something doesn’t work or breaks they send someone quick. Was a very easy application process and Cheri was great since day one! Explained our lease in full detail and helped us during the application process.

Very poor customer service!! If a repair is needed in their property, they will get frustrated and whine about it first, then the broker will say comments that the tenant is "Bitching". I am shocked and appalled of the lack of professionalism, disrespect and rudeness of this one Broker in particular. She definitely needs continuing education on proper customer service and learn how to treat their tenants/residents with common COURTESY AND RESPECT or she needs to find herself another job not working with people!

I would like that the owner of this real estate could read this, today 06/25/19 I have called your business to have information about a property, which caught my interest, the person who answered the phone was not appropriate .. at the time of asking my questions, I only limited myself to giving the information that the property already had an application and that I could not show it. I understand the policies but the questions are of information how much the application costs, how much is the deposit? How much is the day to start the contract? are basic questions to take into account what a customer needs, this person was annoyed to ask questions .. is the right person to answer a business phone? Is he the kind of person who should give the right answers to someone who needs to rent or buy a property? friend take into account that the first thing for a business is the SERVICE! this person never offered me another property, another alternative, or other possibilities for a congruent response, it was limited .. a limited person of answers, this person named marisol can not attend a phone ... it was rude, of bad talking , until sarcastic ... I recommend that you take precautions for this happened is not good for your business ... I have read the other comments and I see that it is not the first time .. that bad very bad, by the way I speak I would think who is the owner ... who does not care for a customer but a customer less ... owner friend this is a business not a popular market .. I hope to address these complaints ...
