Steve Wilbur was recommended for a project on our Florida home. He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. I was so pleased that he presented a clear plan at a reasonable cost had had it wrapped up within a week. I appreciated how quickly he addressed my concerns and so I have to say that he exceeded my expectations!

Terrible service, requested a drawing on April of 2023. We were advised time after time the drawing "would be ready soon". Only so 5 months later they decide not to proceed with the work. It's okay that they didn't want to do it, but we would have appreciated to be told 5 months ago. Went to Karen Engineering Group (1626 Ringling Blvd UNIT 400, Sarasota, FL 34236) and will have it done in the next few weeks.

Contacted them regarding a structural issue at our home. Mr. Stirling contacted me me immediately and set up an inspection date. The inspection was completed and I received the structural report promptly.

Many companies, not just those posted here are concerned with the problems created by Stirling & Wilbur (sorry if it is Just Stirling - I am not sure about the corporate structure and who is responsible - perhaps that can be cleared up with the owners), Check with owners at 888 and Harbor Towers - If others are having problems post here. I saw a picture of a demolished building representing what they said would happen in a Category 1 storm, (Stirling and Wilbur - Do you concur with the picture, you never answered ? have spoken to the board about your representations and the pictures and YouTube videos meant to scare the owners and prospective renters (I know you saw it the condo with the sides ripped off, probably from the Bahamas) I will post the picture later. I am not sure how this company works, but it seems they are in the business of covertly finding flaws with buildings. I believe they also testify as experts in court in insurances cases. After reviewing a letter with no backup or proof, suddenly my building is ready to be torn down. GET Another Opinion from a company that is open and detailed... Not a harbinger of disaster . Who is running this business, since Stirling is separated from Wilbur (but still uses the name) I wonder if there are kick backs involved? TRUTH Matters. Talk to all the owners, NO Secrets

Horrible services. I called 2 weeks everyday to get someone at a property for a structural inspection. After 2 weeks of waiting for a call back, countless messages and unprofessionalism I have taken my business somewhere else.

Highly overpriced and overrated, not professional. If you question the results they give you they use scare tactics and threaten you with a lawyer.
