I have been a homeowner for the past 27 years. Throughout this span of time, I have NEVER used my homeowner's insurance until the water heater decided to ruin my track record. I've been changed and shifted from insurance companies (no fault of ours - just the state of Florida) and did not trust my abilities and knowledge of the process involved to file a claim, so I reached out to Stellar. WHAT A TEAM!!!! The company name suits them! Eli, Karla U., Maggie, etc... their professionalism, hospitality, and service is one of a kind! They are wonderful and fight for what you are fairly owed. Everyone at Stellar was great. I especially want to thank Karla U. She was especially kind and patient with me as our check took longer to get endorsed than expected. The customer service rep I had a problem with was Mike. He was rude and arrogant. I explained to Mike that he is the third rep I'm speaking with within ten minutes, and each has asked me the same 5 questions. It's frustrating!!! I asked that he transfer me to an agent that is available who is more than likely to ask me the same 5 questions. He proceeded to again ask the same questions obviously to annoy me, escalating the problem. Mike it is not the owner of this business. However, if Stellar Public Adjusting Services chooses to allow Mike to be rude with its customers, causing the company to lose business so be it. I'm moving on to the competition.

Note: To be fair!!! This is an update re my experience with Mike.
Fifteen minutes ago I received a call from a rep of Stellar Adjusting who was very apologetic about my experience and explained that Mike was wrong and that they will be addressing his behavior. She explained that this is a great company who respects their customers and would love to do business with me if I would give them a chance. I decided to accept her offer.
