Bill is a unique coach for two main reasons. Beyond the fact that he's highly educated and trained to be a coach, there are other factors that matter greatly to me. First, is empathy - Bill believes in the people he works with to build and develop their business acumen and success. He is feeling your happiness and your pain with you, he's been there and that makes a difference. Even if he hasn't had the exact same experience, he understands the stress, the overwhelm and even the fear the bubbles up and is a master at bringing light where there feels like there's only darkness. And second, is his joy - Bill loves what he does, he loves his life, and he believes that we all deserve to feel joy in our lives. He believes in the journey. He teaches that all the experiences on that journey are instructive and that we have the power to succeed no matter our obstacles. He believes that success can and should be financial of course, but without joy...well who cares. He encourages his clients to seek the full experience. I loved working with him and I hope to work with him again. I know there will come a time when the path feels dark and a little scary, so I'll call him again and he'll get that GPS and flashlight out and help me find my way.
