I loved working with Spencer. I started working with him after gaining 15 lbs in a short period of time, was experiencing skin issues, and was struggling with sleep and anxiety. We focused on a movement, diet/food, and sleep. While working his program it helped me realize how much movement can help improve my overall health and sleep ( and it didn't need to be crazy workouts).

I want to highlight our focus wasn't on losing weight, but finding movement I enjoyed (not crazy workouts either). That was a different mindset for me and honestly a super healthy one. When we focused on food, we worked on how food makes you feel not caloric intake.

Not only did I lose weight, but I was able to realize what food triggered acne and eczema. I also realized that if I eat certain foods at night, I don't sleep as well. Life is honestly so much better when you sleep.

I felt setup for longterm success, but also know I can work with Spencer anytime. He's down to earth and real, so I was never intimidated when working with him.
