If you are looking for some support for your teenager to get their room organized/purged/cleaned without having to be the one making them do it (hello, enormous power struggle!), I highly recommend working with Sonya, who not only owns an awesome organizing business, but who also used to be a high school teacher—she genuinely loves teenagers. After getting my daughter’s cautious (and slightly suspicious) buy-in, we scheduled two weekend sessions for Sonya to come over and work with her on her room. They made monumental progress and achieved far more than what would’ve been possible for us manage. My daughter is so happy with the results and I feel a total sense of relief. This is a review of my experience of listening to Sonya Fehrer's presentations at Austin Shambhala Meditation Center. Sonya gives talks there as well as leads the Book Club gatherings. She is an excellent speaker, focused and energized as she presents material for the members. She is well organized in her approach to presenting complex teachings that guide our practice of meditation. She also has a natural sense of humor that actively connects with her audience, encourages participation and leads to deeper reflections on these teachings. I would highly recommend her as a speaker.

After Covid-19 and years of dealing with my ailing mother, I signed up for the Pathways to Fulfillment coaching group because I felt stuck in a rut but wasn't sure why. It was the first time I'd ever done anything like this and I feel extremely self-conscious in Zoom meetings but Sonya and Shauna were very sympathetic and understanding. I learned a lot and realized that I really hadn't understood my needs previously. It was lovely to get to know other women and be inspired by them.
