We were referred to Tim R. with Compass Elevator Consulting to perform an elevator audit after being told we would have to pay close to $20k for rope replacements that should have been covered under our maintenance contract. Tim was very quick to respond to the initial request, fit us into his schedule quickly for the audit, and walked two of us through our apartment elevator system (along with its deficiencies) during his audit visit. In the process, his findings/report and communication with the elevator maintenance company were able to get all repair expenses covered for us. I would 100% recommend Tim and Compass Elevator Consulting for any audit (and I'm sure all other elevator-related) needs, definitely money well spent for us!
