Very poor communication and handling of our business' books/taxes. After using them for over a year, we were passed around to various accountants and interns that wouldnt return our messages for weeks at a time.
After trying for months to get accounts sorted out, and them misrepresenting themselves as capable, they forced a new guy to contact us to let us know that multiple accountants in the firm were quitting, and that they were dropping various clients and not taking on new ones. This was told to us after they wasted our time for months saying that they were working on our accounts.

Worst experience ever. I dropped my tax documentation off at this office in February. After a month, I was contacted on tax day at 5:00 pm and advised that they would need to file an extension. I was given no other information, and provided no other details related to the finalization of my taxes. I met with one of the partners the following week to ensure that our taxes would be filed in a timely manner so as to avoid unnecessary interest, and advised that our taxes would be filed that day.

Today, I contacted the office to see what the status was regarding our taxes and I was informed that they couldn’t even find my documentation or file. After multiple calls to their office, I was advised that they would be working on it. It’s May 30th, almost 4 months since I gave them my documentation. They didn’t take accountability or offer any information as to when our taxes would be ready to sign. I will never ever use this business again, or refer anyone to use their services.

Horrible customer service! We had a discrepancy with past taxes that were filed by one of their accountants. For two months our case has been passed around their office. No one takes accountability. I understand it’s tax season, I just asked to be kept informed. They may be great initially but beware if you ever have an issue because they truly don’t care!
