Brad, Trevor and Kim (the stager) were GREAT to work with. Over more than a decade Brad was always happy to share a reference or two for contractors.

Once it was time to sell, Brad jumped into action. Brad’s pricing recommendation was right-on. Even when our first buyer’s loan didn’t get approved and we had to put the house back on the market, he was 100% engaged to do it again. He is a skilled negotiator.

Brad and Trevor are responsive, thoughtful, helpful, smart, knowledgeable and nice too. I think it also matters how long someone has been selling in a community.

Brad probably have four times as many years selling than most - which means relationships with other brokers - and that does matter.
