I don’t even know where to begin! I had a very daunting tax issue that was from 2015. I was receiving scary letters from the IRS and was very overwhelmed, to say the least. When I brought Heidi into it around 2019/2020, there was so much to uncover. She worked with me even though many other accountants said I should just set up payment plans with the IRS to resolve. But I knew I didn’t owe the IRS anything and it was a mistake. So Heidi found the Tax Advocacy Agency and held my hand through it all. Safe to say that after I amended my 2015 return, the IRS accepted it and now they owe me! What a beautiful ending for such a stressful issue. The five stars and a thank you doesn’t even cover what Heidi was able to do for me and my family. I feel so lucky to have had such a persistent and very bright accountant to help me through this.
