Attorney David Smith is the most efficient, thorough lawyer that my husband and I have ever dealt with. The situation involved a vacation rental for next year in Florida that we were forced to cancel months in advance due to a serious illness. According to the agreement if we cancelled before a certain date we were entitled to a complete refund. The home owner refused to return our money and because we are elderly and live in Pa. he assumed he was home free. But a friend of ours recommended Attorney Smith, who is licensed in Pa. and Florida, about our situation. Attorney Smith accepted this case with no hesitation and immediately notified the home owner of our legal rights and that if he did not reimburse us he would face serious consequences. Attorney Smith followed up on every legal recourse and after several informative conversations with the home owner's volatile attorney, settled our case. Attorney Smith was so compassionate when he spoke to us understanding that we were dealing with very serious health issues besides dealing with this scam artist. We have no hesitation highly recommending Attorney Smith and our greatful to share this information.
