I have worked with Smart Partner for over a year and have the unique experience of being both an "owner" and "renter." The staff at Smart Partner Management were excellent....very communicative and jumped on every problem quickly and resolved immediately. Both Mark (owner) and Smita were incredibly kind and gracious, and really went out of their way to ensure I was happy....both as an owner and a renter. I strongly recommend Smart Partner Property Management.

Smart Partner Property Management provides excellent customer service! Smita is always kind and helpful when we have maintenance requests. Our stove broke recently and she was able to find someone who could fix it the same day!

I had such a great experience with this company, especially Smita who handled my application and answered all of my questions very quickly. She's very realistic and straightforward which helped the process along and made sure we fully completed each step of the application. Smita even answered my texts late at night when I had questions. I’ve been a tenant under this management company for a little over 6 months and honestly from the get go I could tell they were great! Super responsive and they treat me as if this home is my own in regard to any maintenance that this home needs. Really great staff, they make living here comfortable and enjoyable with as little stress as you can imagine.

Smita who usually arranges the maintenance related issues is highly unprofessional and emotional about dealing with the tenant's concerns. Even for the simple inquiries, she corners and shames the tenants. We will not renew our rent at this place due to these mistreatments. I sincerely hope that the management care for the quality of service for the future tenants.

I don't know how they deleted my review from my other Google account
1 star because there are no zero, completely unprofessional people specially SMITA CHOPRA (Attitude & Arrogant lady) my wife and I were approved for a higher rental property then we found a better price option on their website, we went to see that property and SMITHA was there she didn't greet and was rude with us first words out of her mouth- do not step on the CARPET as she continued to look at her phone while we were helping ourselves around the house and full of negative about the application that my wife and I applied for the other property, the day we found that option on their website we applied right away but they rejected us because they said we were late.
