Silverspoon Consulting with Al Kanbar is hands down the best top tier resteraunt consultant money can buy in the USA. I have seen Al completley transform resteraunt owners menu, staff, and even presentation all while focusing on increasing the business profits and limiting its expenses. An easy and great way to learn and teach! From training, to proctoring and all the courses; everything was self explanatory and very interactive. Even though it does take a while to finish, it wasn’t at all bad. Al was a great instructor and made the process very enjoyable.
