I have worked for this company twice now, and both times were a complete mistake. The first time, I showed up to work and they were packing up the office and handing checks outside the building because they were illegally sub leasing the office space, so the location had to shut down. This time I was given little to no training before being expected to begin dialing. We were calling "patients" as "medical staff", mind you neither of us had any medical training in any way. Scary stuff, the male enhancement medication we were selling is capable of heart attacks or death when misused. The client is threatening to pull the contract due to the number of inconsistencies and mistakes on these "medical intakes" and data entry. When I noticed somebody else was taking credit for my sales, I'd had enough. This company is only for themselves and will let you go to save their own. Unbelievable that I put faith in this company again when they've remained as the same unprofessional unfair and deceitful class A "get rich quick not right" company they always were. Needless to say I highly recommend against employment with Signia Marketing.

I used to work here and its 100 percent a scam call center. They ask you to do "political survey calls" but the "research companies" we were told to say we were calling on behalf of don't exist. Like you would google them and nothing would come up LMAO

Don’t expect to become a manager as the current managers like to train and promote there family or friend. They are basically a family owned business at this point I’ve work my butt off for years just for a friend or family member to get promoted faster than some of us

My wife and I both work there! We love our jobs! The Management and Supervisors are a great bunch of pros! We like the hours and the perks! It's a clean. Comfortable and well maintained office.

I worked here for a little bit earlier this year. The people here are great, but they need to provide more benefits for their employees. They should also always have a higher up there. There was never one there only human resources and shift managers. It's like all the managers helpel each other out to run the place. The people are friendly and than they have some hires that shouldn't be there. They don't pay by deposit, you can only get checks here. They should find a way to offer direct deposit. If you don't submit your check by a certain time, than you won't get paid until the next pay day. I don't think they have janitor staff, because the bathrooms are always dirty. They don't have tissue in the bathroom, most of the time. There was never soap in there to wash hands, and it was very rare they had soap.

Always heard bad things about this place, all true!! I cashed my son's check at my bank and it bounced charging returned check fee,and also amount of check from my account. I called the nonexistent number on their check for days ,until I used my time to go to their office and they paid me in cash. Desperate for employment I applied they hired me without interview, drug screen, nothing. Listen to 2 calls and I was on the phones. Client they do business with is a great company. I can't believe they do business with them. No privacy what so ever for client's information. I was hired as a bilingual representative. For $1 extra which I didn't get paid for. Other places that hire bilingual people actually test you to make sure you do speak Spanish. Girl next to wasn't bilingual, would just be making up words while speaking to the Spanish speaking customers, and would just use English words whenever she didn't know a word in Spanish. I had to do my own scripts, research the client online to know who and what they were. No rules, no structure, place runs out of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap girl had to bring some in. they don't care if people are on their phones,bring cats or their children in,if they're late,loud, dirty. No feedback on your job performance . They just let you do your job then you come in and if they don't like you they just move you to a different position without warning. Of course I got my check, didn't get what they had promised, had to sign a paper stating that. My bank's recommendation was to go to their bank and cash check there so I don't run into same problems again with my check. They charged me $8. Waiting on my next check we'll see.

I have been with Signia Marketing for over 2 years now, and I love my job. I started out dialing as an agent and have moved up into management now. If you have desire, and a good work ethic, there are opportunities for advancement, which is to be admired in the business world. I have found them to be professional, consistent and forward-thinking in their management style. They foster commitment, loyalty and pride in your work through leading by example. I would recommend this company as an employer to anyone, in fact I have, and the employee referral incentive program is a great perk!

I have been with signia for 2 years in October
This job has helped me learn alot about time management skills, team building, as well as how to be a successful and helpful supervisor. Not to mention the environment is super friendly, which helps in my day to day duties working here.
