I gave Mr. Shmucher 5 stars because I truly hope that whoever is reading this decides to choose him as their lawyer. In my case, he made everything simple, required very little of my time, and was both professional and personable, with a great sense of humor. I felt confident about the outcome, knowing he was representing me.

I've already thanked him, but writing this review is just a little something extra I could do to show my gratitude. I hope that whoever is reading this and deciding on which lawyer to choose finds someone amazing to represent them—regardless of who it is. However, if I ever need legal help again, I’m confident that I’ll go straight to Shmucher because I know he’ll get the job done.

Was happy to see the expansion with the new location, because more places can use lawyers like Ofer. I used his services years ago and till this day, he still responds promptly with any document request or question I may have.. That’s what you call customer service. If I could give Shmucher 10 stars, I would. I've read other people's difficult experiences with their respective attorneys when filing Chapter 7 and was worried I'd encounter the same, so I spent a few hours researching law firms to find one with an overwhelming amount of positive reviews and found this one. Shmucher lived up to the hype and exceeded my expectations. He is thorough, efficient, accessible, quick, straightforward, and kind. He is a no-nonsense person and takes his work seriously. He works on your case as if it is his own; that's how diligent he was with my case. He explained the whole process and helped ease my worries throughout. I truly hope others who choose to file bankruptcy at any point are lucky enough to have someone like him representing them.

Best lawyer ever couldn’t ask for someone more attentive and trust worthy. Ofer has saved me from debt collectors twice now, don’t know what I would do without him. He works fast and has amazing communication. My #1 would recommend him always without a doubt. He is the one to call!!

let me tell you about how Ofer Shmucher took my case and got it settled while slicing my total debt by 65%. after i tried to negotiate myself and even had another attorney before i spoke to Ofer try, only to be told i should try to settle it by other means like bankruptcy.. "no way!" Ofer took this case, all i did was send him the info and 2 weeks later BAM a settlement agreement was made saving me tons of time and money and at a super cheap monthly pay back plan. i highly recommend Shmucher law!
