Thanks Sherrie for helping us get into our new house! Even though we hit some unexpected bumps along the way you were still able to make it happen! Sherrie as well as the ladies she has in the office are prompt in responding and will make you feel like you are their only client. I did not have a realtor so Sherrie was working for me as the buyer as well as the seller and she was able to facilitate a smooth closing and home acquisition. Land Title of America was great as well. I was shocked how simple but thorough our closing process was.

Flat out lied to my wife and me. Took the money for our application, told us she had a rental available in two weeks and to call back, we did and was told the rental was no longer available and we would have to wait longer on another .
I even did maintenance work for her as she said she would help me if I helped her,
She has not paid me for my work, and lied to us about the rental,
I will let everyone who will listen know about how poorly we where treated and USED by South shore realty BY SHERRIE.

After seeing your dishonest response I returned to set the record straight.
FIRST : the work I was doing for you was odd jobs supposed to be paid as completed there was NO job that was to be completed I fixed your washer and did not get paid, I covered all the holes in your walls where the rats where getting into your home I did not get paid, I repaired the plumbing on your tenants beach home on A1A I did not get paid, I WAS GOING to repair the over hang on your home ALL SEPARATE JOBS but after your dishonesty and not paying for work done I chose to do no more for you THERE WAS NO NON COMPLETED WORK FOR YOU. THAT IS FLAT OUT LIE.
SECOND : yes you ON YOUR OWN contacted my prior Landlord to get an extension on my stay not a permanent stay in the residence you did that to give me time, the application we filled was for a home you had sent us to look at and told us would be available in 2 weeks, after weeks of waiting I called back to learn it was no longer available, you just left us hanging with no call back and no rental...
You Ms Sherry are a liar and extremely dishonest.

This company is bad business I lived in one of her properties for one year within that year I had no working stove for 8months and broken pipes which they refuse to fix and I had a thousand dollar water bill. I continuously called complain and and even said if the pipes don't get fix I will pay the water bill with the rent money and I was threatened with an eviction if I don't pay. So I paid the rent.I complained about the bugs in the house and when I moved out the place was cleaned with no damages and took pictures and she refuse to refund me my $1300 security deposit and my $250 cleaning fee.
