Robert from Servpro did an excellent job in handling our household mold issue. He was prompt with communication and made excellent suggestions regarding referrals for other services needed. ServPro responded very quickly to my call about water damage in my Jacksonville Beach condo. They had a team out to my unit within an hour of my call. They assessed the damage and made recommendations. I personally was not able to be present during their service, but my mother was there. They communicated with her and would call me directly with their assessment and recommendations each day.
I requested that they come out in the morning if possible. They would call me after their morning team meeting to confirm the time of service. Their professionalism, communication, and water damage service were excellent. They were reassuring during a very stressful time. I would like to personally commend Charles, Barry, and the team that were responsible for providing the highest quality of service.

Huge Tree fell on house last night due to Hurricane. 8:00am this morning called ServPro. Within 4 hours tree guys showed up… roof was tarped and ServPro mitigation team showed up to visually inspect property. They could have told me that I had 1000’s of dollars of required mitigation work and i would have believed them but they told me all was good and just to get the roof fixed ASAP.
Robert Reyes and his team are HONEST and treated me like family.
