Had water damage on Saturday night, Sunday morning David and "C" came and started the whole dry out process. Very frustrating for this to happen, but these guys rest assured us they had everything at hand. Made us comfortable enough to sleep that night. There dryers and fans worked great and weren't too loud. I gotta tell whoever has a problem to call Servpro and if possible ask for David and "C". Great guys Very upfront and knowledgeable. Didn't ask what "C" stands for, anybody find out send me an email so I can update this review with a proper name. Highly recommended!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Tucker from Servpro, and I can’t recommend him highly enough! After discovering several mold issues and damaged drywall in my home, I reached out for help, and Tucker quickly came to the rescue. I want to let everyone know that I had a life-changing experience at my father's home Monday, February 3rd of 2025. On Thursday, February 6th, I called Serv Pro to request an estimate for a bio-clean-up to remove bedding and a mattress and box springs as well as shampoo a carpet, and completely sanitize a bathroom top to bottom.
Early, Friday, February 7th., I received a call-back from Travis who came out right away to inspect and then proceeded to provide a full estimate. After accepting the estimate, I was scheduled that very day for the work to be done. Just two hours later, a team arrived at my father's home. The team was RYAN and MIKE. I want to express my gratitude for their professionalism as well as their empathy to my situation with my father. The mattress and box springs were removed, wrapped and taped for disposal. The bedding was wrapped and placed in bio-hazard safe boxes in accordance with disposal regulations and laws.
Everything I had asked to be done was carried out with speed and efficiency. The bathroom was sanitized and spotless. The carpet was shampooed and looked good, considering it's age. They contacted their supervisor about leaving a fan to dry the carpet, which was approved and left for 3 days.
I'm here to say what a great job RYAN and MIKE did for us at my father's house. I think above all else, they were empathetic and sympathetic to what my poor father had endured. That, I will say, was so very much appreciated. They are a great team. I hope Serv Pro has ways to reward their good employees. These two men definitely deserve it. Thank you on behalf of myself and my siblings. By the way, my father pulled through his terrible ordeal, and we are hoping for the best in his recovery.

Jarvis did a great job helping us with cleanup from a leak and was professional and courteous and arrived quickly after our situation occurred. I had to request a very specific timeframe around work meetings for him to come back and recheck everything and I know that can be a challenging thing to do in this line of work serving a lot of customers but he made it happen right on time.

It was such a shock to come home and find my house flooded from the top down, with water deep enough to float a boat! Each ServPro team has come, done their job, treated my house with utmost respect, and taken all my worries onto their shoulders.

Every member of the ServPro Team has taken special care of my home. I would like to recognize a couple of people.

Travis is my "Trail Boss" and has done an outstanding job keeping every piece of my recovery moving like clockwork.

David and his team did all the work on removing all the damaged parts and pieces of my house after the "Great Flood" swept through it. They worked diligently and got every inch of the floors, walls and ceilings ready for my reconstruction. He welcomed every question I had and explained what and why he had to remove items. He took great care to move my appliances out of the damaged area and safely wrapped out of the way. Today he sprayed the vents with some "magic" that made the house smell normal again and killed any lingering mold that might be hiding. He made sure that my house was rid of all the damage and ready to be rebuilt. It was great to have someone treat my house like it was his own!

Next step is reconstruction!
