Service Matters has been the best rental company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They have always been prompt in addressing any issues with the home we were living in. We have literally never had to wait more than 48 hours for an issue to be resolved. Not to mention the people that answer the phone are so incredibly kind. Danielle, especially has been an absolute Goddess. We are so grateful to have stayed in a place managed by a company like this.

My experience with Service Matters Property Management has been nothing but stellar. David has been an excellent and professional property manager. When problems arose at the property, he was able to get quotes from multiple contractors and handle all of the administrative work seamlessly. All of the staff I have interacted with have been the utmost professionals, and I can sleep easy at night knowing they are looking out for my best interest with my home.

Danielle, Wendy and everyone I have talked to at Service Matters have been wonderful. Every single thing that has been reported to them has been fixed in a timely manner and the maintenance company they use is also awesome.
FYI
If you can't afford a property or don't have the credit to move into one of their properties and get denied...thats on you. Why complain here?
If you really really have something like...black mold, maybe you either caused it or you didn't report it in a timely manner.
Again, on you and your toxicity and drama.
Also, what does this company have to do with homeless veterans? They can't fix the homeless population and it's not their job.
Why complain here about that, call the President...
Anyway, thank you all for an awesome experience and if we ever are back we will definitely rent from you all again!!

I cant tell you how much I appreciate Shyanne, Danielle, and David! I have heard so many horror stories about rentals, but never ever experienced anything close!!! I have had the most positive experience with Service Matters for years now! They go above and beyond for eveyone! They work sooo hard to make life easy on me! I honesty am so blessed to be able to trust them with my money in ways such as holding first month deposits and taking care or my assets! This property I own is not nearly as stressful as it could be! They find the best way to repair with the best prices and names they trust! The list goes on! I wish I could bake every single person in the office each a specialty cake as a thank you!

We were with Service Matters for just over 2 years. Overall ok experience but with some serious hiccups, hence the 2 starts. The initial move in was solid. The office was initially responsive and easy to work with. As we went on though, the company seemed to struggle with communication and administrative organization. It showed in the poor organization of the maintenance program (routinely dropping maintenance requests before they were complete), and during the move out process.
I was brushed off on the phone three times trying to pass on our forwarding information for the security deposit return. They wrote it down, said they’d get back to me with a plan, but never followed up. They wouldn’t respond until I brought up talking to my duty station’s legal department as the 30 day window to return the deposit passed. They promptly returned the deposit but they sent over $400 to the wrong person because they didn’t have the right forwarding information even though I told them 3 times on the phone and once in writing. They over charged us $450 for cleaning and repairs, and later said it was because they lost the receipts we provided and didn’t cross check our move in-inspection for prior issues before charging us for damages.

If you are currently working with this company make sure to keep a copy of everything in case they lose it, and talk to Mr. David Seevers if you are having any communication issues. He will actually get back to you to resolve problems.

Service Matters managed our condominium association for one year. They were the worst. They could not get financials correct. The one CAM was arrested for embezzlement of a different HOA.. They would not help in the transition to our new management. Worst experiences ever with a Condo Management company.

Wanted us to start paying to repair the crappy dryer they included with the apartment since it kept breaking on us. Took two months to give us our security deposit back after leaving, and they took about $1400 of it for "damages" even though the only damages were the cheap ass dryer, and a little bit of paint on the back porch. No way are those things worth $1400. Would never rent from again.

I’ve been a renter with service matters for 4 years now. They are top notch in repairs and maintenance. They inspect each home annually. They treat renters and homeowners with respect. I would highly suggest using them to manage or rent a property
