Awful, unprofessional company. I went in for an interview last week, took all their silly exams, and was told I'll get information on the next steps in a few days. I sent a follow up email and no response. Beware to future interviewees that you'll get walked around the office, meet everyone, and then be ghosted by 'the best place to work.' I was cautious to listen to their past reviews about poor communication and unprofessionalism, but they turned out to be spot on. I expected more from a recruiting director who's been doing this for 9 years.

I believe SearchPros offers the BEST staffing service out there, they handle everything with speed and accuracy.

I believe they mislead me and terminated me day two of the job with no errors. Just said it wasn't a good fit. Which- lets say we can all agree is a good reason to let somebody go from a company, but with two years of management experience in an office, I just declined doing an assignment off the clock, and they let me go saying it was my performance. Although my first day they told me I performed wonderfully.

I think the fact there is no designated trainer makes this job the hardest part.

I think Myla has built a company on success, I think since most of their employees are long term, they aren't focusing on updating their hiring processes.
I told them from the screening page that I did not know Microsoft Excel very well, but I was willing to take a class. Allen and Ronnie both assured me that me not having Excel skills wouldn't be a problem. Yet they were, and I was terminated for not knowing how to filter with the window keys. Saying I wasn't a good fit. That was the "sole" reason they let me go. If there was another, they did not communicate it to me.

You must know Excel and Outlook mail PROFICIENTLY to acquire this job. Other than the very misleading opportunity (which I did not apply for, I was serving one of the employees and they gave me their business card, I called and they set me up for an interview)

I was told having no degree wasn't an issue, but I was consistently belittled being asked to solve math problems without a calculator, and making me feel very stupid when I could not answer the questions.

I overall, agree you should work here, but not if you aren't equipped. They tell you it's okay, and it's not.

Allen also told me as homework I have to email him "10 things I learned today". I am not a child. He asked me to do this off the clock at home... That should have been my sign to escape.
