These folks are VERY professional and friendly. The wife and I have had Allstate for as long as we have been married...over 23 years. Prior to that I had Allstate for 13+ years. I didn't think we could get better rates, but I have it quoted every 3 years to make sure we're still getting the best price. I would suggest everyone to try and do business with Schwend Insurance Agency. Great people.

I must say Schwend saved me over $1500 a year in auto insurance I was with The Hartford which is advertised as the only insurance company for senior citizens what a bunch of bull have been with them for over 5 years and every billing cycle has been a increase in premiums. Family based. Paul Schwend was raised in Callahan and inherited his business sense from his father who was our families agent for years. Great service and love for all the customers and the whole community. Will never change. Love that he is teaching his children the business. They have the same attitude. Kindness and love for each of us. You go in once and after that you are greeted by name.

Disappointing at best! Insurance companies as a whole have demonstrated to me personally they are absolute thieves. I read the one and only review on Yelp pertaining to this company and found it to be consistent with my experience today. You will regret the day your customer base disappears while your discriminative policies continue.

I first became a customer in 1989. Over the decades Earl and Paul took care of everything in a professional manner, but also as friends. There will never be any other place to get insurance. This is true service, not some unknown at a 1-800 number. You know you are in good hands when you are doing business with Schwend.

THIEF!! Just like many other Nassau residents, these people canceled my policy after 20 years of loyalty. THEY WERE TRYING TO GET AWAY FROM MOBILE HOMES. NOW I HAVE FORCED INSURANCE!! RUN TO ANOTHER AGENT AS FAST AS YOU CAN. VERY DISHONEST AND RUDE!!!!!
