Kathy prepares my taxes and is very informative about strategies for managing my investments. The front office staff is always extremely welcoming, offering water upon my arrival.

I recently met with Kathy to discuss how to successfully leverage my rental property asset. She educated me (in layman’s terms) about the benefits & drawbacks to starting a 1031 Exchange vs paying taxes on my profit, thereby liquifying funds.
