Sarah Hill was an excellent agent and advisor as well as an expert on the Hernando Beach area (she’s a native). The sale was challenging since no other family member lived in Florida and the homeowner was relocating to another state to be closer to family. Even with those challenges, Sarah helped us successfully steer through this difficult sale with patience, energy, professionalism and sound advice. We would highly recommend her as a realtor.
