Although my time with Sandra was over five years ago now, the work I did with her continues to show up in my daily life and is evident when I look back and see how far I’ve come since then. I reached out to Sandra when I was at the lowest point in my life - completely lost in pretty much every aspect - career, relationships, living situation, money, motivation... Sandra is incredibly skilled at finding the balance between empathic support and tough love, holding you accountable to the goals you set for yourself and reminding you along the way why those goals are so important (and celebrating all the wins!). The biggest thing I took away from working with Sandra was a rock-solid sense of myself - who I am, what drives me, what is core to my being, what I will and won’t accept for my life. Sandra is the best! I started working with her while experiencing a difficult time at work. She provided great tools that I was able to implement immediately. After that great experience, I joined her MasterMind program. Again, she provided more tools that I could immediately implement. After only a few months in that program, my confidence had increased significantly and I pushed for a salary increase that more than covered the cost of the program!
