I work in the financial services industry as an advisor, and I came to Sandler looking for a system that will allow me to improve my business development skills and found much more than that.
I’d like to summarize my experience in two aspects. First , I found a system that not only teaches you sales and business development techniques, but teaches you life skills as self awareness, communication, planning, and understanding of people. Sandler helps you discover and learn a lot of about the process that we go through as human beings when we make decisions and the psychology behind it. Sandler Training has transformed our business. Lewis and the Sandler System is incredible. We have improved everything from cold calling and prospecting to closing the deal. Our close rate has dramatically improved using the system. When the deal doesn't close, I'm never left wondering what happened. I know why it didn't close and what I did wrong.
