If I had to sum up SELC in one word it would be trustworthy. We were referred to SELC after having mold remediated once in our basement bathroom and it returning. They were quick to get us on their schedule, transparent in their findings, and gave us a detailed report on what was going on in our home. I worked mostly with Brad and cannot express how grateful I am for him. This project has been an absolute nightmare (still ongoing from last July) and I really feel he was one of the most reliable people I’ve worked with thus far. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very patient. He spent countless minutes on the phone answering all of my questions and also listening to me vent during all of this. He truly is just a good human being and SELC is without a doubt one of the most refreshing companies to work with when you’re having the worst luck. Thank you!
