Well he said he's been calling you and you've continuously and conveniently not answered his calls as well as never giving him your location. Mind you I made this review 2 weeks ago and just now getting a response.

As resident homeowners and members of the board of directors of Madison Place HOA in Fair Oaks, CA  we, without reservation, recommend Laura Vaca and her company, Sacramento Management, Inc., to any HOA community in need of management services. Ms Vaca and Sacramento Management have served our community with professionalism, expert knowledge, honesty, and integrity since 2017. Under Sacramento Management's guidance our HOA adheres to all up-to-date regulatory requirements including compliance with the Davis-Stirling Act.  Our budget is overseen by annual audit and the reserves study ensures our association is fiscally solid and funded within state mandated requirements.  All association expenses and income are fully accounted for, verified by professional third party accounting firms, management’s bookkeeper, and reviewed by the association's treasurer.  Every penny is carefully managed and accounted for. Any increase in annual dues is throughly and diligently researched and based on a professionally prepared third party budget and reserves study before any decision is made. This study analyses upcoming maintenance and expenses specific to our community and offers an unbiased assessment of immediate and future areas of concern. Our association has utilized other HOA management companies in the past. Although they may have been well intentioned, they never could offer the same level of professional comprehensive and customized services provided by Sacramento Management. In short, we the board are confident the associations funds are secure and our HOA well managed by Laura Vaca and her company, Sacramento Management, Inc.
