I have worked the most with Heather Hughes and Chrissy Stephens and they are amazing - but every single person I have interacted with there has been great. We have personally worked very closely with Brent and Chelsea and they have been nothing less than amazing. Although, every staff member we have worked with or come in contact with has been amazing as well. They are extremely knowledgeable, understanding, kind and very patient through the learning process. The also operate with excellence and integrity which is very important to us. Our only regret is that we didn't find them sooner when we first opened the doors to our business. I came to Ross Hughes on account of a really bad business partnership that left me in shambles financially and mentally; I quite literally had no idea where to turn to for help - my situation was BAD. My business taxes were all done horribly wrong by my business partner, and the IRS was at my front door knocking wanting money. I thought I was done, and over. Chelsea quite literally saved my sanity - and my future. She worked extremely closely with me the entire journey, did an incredible job explaining the process along the way. The amount of work that went into this was monumental, and somehow they pulled it off. My debt to the IRS was correctly amended, and my debt reduced to the correct figures, and was much more manageable. Chelsea had not only worked with me with options to negotiate my repayment plan with the IRS debt, but also my office invoice for all the work that went into this. They were extremely flexible and understanding; if you are looking for a business CPA with less of a corporate feel, and want to try somewhere that really gives you a personal approach, and truly wants to help you with your goals, you really want to trust Ross Hughes. They did me an indescribable service, and I would unequivocally put my future in their hands again.
