We first started our business only doing computer repair. Shortly thereafter, we were asked to do some other tech stuff like installing security cameras and wired networking in residences and small businesses. To make a business successful, it requires a whole lot of labor back in the office. Without this plan, it's just mass confusion and no organization.

We learned to manage our time. Create customer lists and keep track of customer jobs. Create newsletter for our customers and how to communicate with them more effectively.

Our business has now taken the next step in its evolution and we look forward to working with Ronda again to help us to continue to move forward in our endeavor. Without Ronda's help and professionalism, we would have failed, like most businesses without a plan do. 1. What was the problem your client was having before you discovered and they started my service?
There was no discipline in the way the company was being run. There were no processes in the everyday work experience, It’s like the owner said, “we’re running the business by the seat of its pants”.
2. From you perspective, what is unique about my service?
First, I was impressed the you did not work like other consultants I have known. They would charge an enormous amount of money up front, then would do their diagnostic work, and when finished, would provide a huge report stating what was wrong. But then they left to go home and did not explain how to make any significant changes. You, on the other hand, work on a long-term basis. You charge as you go. And you visit with the client weekly or monthly depending on the need and work with them to make any changes that need to be made.
3. What do your clients say about my service?
They are very impressed with how much has been achieved during the past several months and are planning to continue your services for at least another year.
4. What observations can you share about how your client's business and/or demeanor has changed since I started working with them?
They are more disciplined in every facet in their business and they certainly are more structured. They seem to have a more positive attitude.
