ROI was one of the first companies I signed with when I started doing demos a few years back. They are easily one of the most professional and efficiently run companies around. They respond quickly, do not leave you hanging and paperwork, purchases , check -ins, payments, etc. are all simple and straightforward. I also really appreciate having a company card so that I do not have to deal with out of pocket purchases and keeping track of reimbursements etc. .

I worked for this company for a brief time. After working an event and purchasing the sampling liquor with my own money, I did not receive pay or reimbursement for three months. My emails pertaining to the matter were blatantly ignored. Once I finally received a response, I was told my check had already been mailed out twice…. To the wrong address. So they issued a third check to my correct address. Now I’ve received my W2 for last year and it reflects an amount equaling 3x what I was actually paid for that one event I worked. How incompetent can you be? This is some Mickey Mouse accounting going on and very shady practices at best.

I have been working for ROI for almost 6 months. I love the flexibility of it and have met some great people. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with! I've always been paid on time (I love the surprise of the check coming in the mail) and am always reimbursed for supplies, which are always in stock at the ABC stores where I most often do events. Once I got my routine down, it didn't take as much extra time to set up and break down from my events - thankful for the opportunity to earn extra money in a fun way!

I have worked as a Brand Ambassador for R.O.I. for over 4 years. They are always fair, quick to respond and give travel allowances. The staff are always nice when you call and the brands they represent are well received by the public. I never had an issue they didn't or couldn't resolve and I of course enjoyed the compensation. I also learned a LOT from their free seminars AND from knowledgeable customers.

Great company to work for! Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional. If there is any issue with your paperwork they notify you immediately so you are able to fix it to be paid on time! They rep so many wine and spirits companies so the events are always fun and different!
