I had to hire a sound technician to gather detailed sound information to deal with an issue with our neighbor our condo building. Robert's professionalism and detailed knowledge of the proper tests to do, standards in Florida and across the US was incredibly helpful. He was above an beyond more knowledgeable than any other sound technician. He was also very easy to deal with and proactive in giving in depth color and analysis. Rob at RML Acoustics did an AIIC test on my condo in New Smyrna Beach. He was extremely knowledgeable on the testing and FL Building Code. He arrived on time and was very professional. The test was done on a Monday and he sent me my results by that Wednesday. Great job! Thanks Rob!

After discussing the sound report provided by RML Acoustics, LLC I would offer my apologizes for the previous rating. The Owner called me personally and explained how the equipment causing the noise was controlled by the by the city. His company simply recorded the levels and reported what they measured. My frustration is with the city of Deltona and not RML.

They produced a sound report that intentionally left out detailed information so the report would look favorable for the city of Deltona. Very unprofessional and lacks integrity in a big way. Sad when you put $$$ over Integrity.
