I’ve been fortunate to have known Rick Goodridge and his family for many years and although I am not in the market for a new home, I wanted to let people know that all the great comments you may have heard or read about Rick are definitely true. After reading some of the testimonials his customers and other Realtors have written about him, I had to add my own personal comments.
When Rick told me that he was going to get his real estate license, I knew he would be the kind of Realtor that everyone talks highly about. Anyone who knows him will tell you what a great guy he is, but he is so much more when it comes to business. He also has a tough side to him. Rick is very professional and always willing to give 100% to everyone he works with. He is crazy about the details and doesn’t give up until he accomplishes each and every task. His customer’s goals become his goals, and his customers truly benefit from that quality! He has had a very successful sales career and his strong knowledge of sales and negotiation is second to none. He treats people with respect and kindness. Even when he is getting someone to do something they weren’t expecting to do. LOL He knows how to win!

I am very surprised to say I was very pleased with my home purchase through Rick Goodridge and his team. I truly am a hard to please person who expects a lot from people I do business with. Rick was referred to me from 2 others that used him. From the minute we were introduced to Rick I could tell he was a professional, honest and hardworking individual that knows how to get the job done. Rick was quickly the front runner among a few agents we put our info out to when looking for that special home that would fit our bill. Rick quickly was showing us listings and visiting properties to qualify them for us 7 days a week. He traveled great distances in finding our retirement home. He spoke with us each day with status reports on his findings. The communication was awesome and I valued that highly. Buying a home is not an easy task from another state and of late it’s even more complicated with all the international buying over the Internet. Once he found our home he kept us up to date on the correct procedures to move ahead without any bumps and delays in the process. He worked well with the sellers agent in negotiating the sales contract with our best interests in mind. In the process of buying our home we came to know Rick well and enjoyed his company and conversations. Rick and his team did such a good job on the purchase process we gave Rick the listing to sell our condo the following month. Again, his guidance and advice was invaluable. His quick success with the sale was again awesome. Contracts, Title Company, HOA rules, as a seller it’s another ball game and again we were very happy with the results where he again did all the work. The only negative is I will miss all the email, texts and phone conversations between us. We consider Rick a friend and recommend him highly to anyone that is in need of a superior and talented realtor. Thanks again for all your help Rick
