The value added to our organization by Rhodesco Print Mail Design is more than enough reason to find an opportunity to give them a great review - intentionally. Recently, we had several print jobs with a tight deadline. When approached, they were nothing but accommodating and professional, offering gentle suggestions for how to make the print pieces better. Then, we had a surprise piece at the end of the first run, and their team intervened to get us what we needed on time. I will have no questions about who I will bring my print jobs to in the future. They have earned this customer's loyalty.

I used Rhodesco in the past to print business cards and they did a great job; the cards looked and felt very professional. I had new cards printed in March due to a promotion. The color on the cards was dark on some and much lighter on others as if something was wrong with the printer (pictures available upon request). Frankly, they didn’t look like a professional business card. I reached out to Rhodesco and they offered to reprint the business cards. I picked the new cards up a few weeks later and noticed they had my previous job title. Rhodesco again offered to fix their mistake. However, 5 months have passed and they’ve ignored my requests to resolve their mistake. I have saved all email conversations with Rhodesco to counter any reply they may have denying my poor experience. Shop elsewhere for your printing needs or roll the dice with Rhodesco like I apparently did.

RhoDESCO has excellent people I've worked with for nearly 20 years. And they deliver excellence in printing at very cost-competitive rates. Ask for Bernie or Brad (the owner). They will take care of you. One of the things I love the most about them are how quickly they turn estimates. Often times it is within a few hours. And as we all know, time is $ and rarely do you have 3-4 extra days to just wait on bids. They also offer free local delivery and pick-up and have a "satisfaction guarantee" which they have made good on in the extremely rare occasions when something did not turn out as I expected. They reprinted at no additional cost and did it with a smile and without making me feel like it was my fault. That is why they have earned my trust and repeat business over the years. You have so many tough decisions to make everyday. Printing shouldn't be one of them. RhoDESCO is an easy decision. 🙂

Joe and the rest of the team at RhoDESCO are great! Knowledgeable, professional, kind, attentive, and SERVICE oriented! When shopping local, which I try to do as much as possible, price is almost never a concern of mine and it wasn't this time either, but they were still better priced than the previous place I had been getting my cards at, and by about $100! Needless to say, I'll be back, and I would Highly Recommend them!
