They we pay 300+ dollars in monthly HOA, and recently they raised it to almost 400. We had to do a small fix on our kitchen sink so we had to shut off our water line which is right outside the apartment and when we went to turn it back on it would just spin and spin out of control, so I put a maintenance request, and because it is an urgent matter I give them a phone call also, miraculously they answered and all they told me is that I am fully responsible for my plumbing and I have to call a plumber to fix it as the HOA doesn't cover it

Worst management company in the USA . Manager Trisha Soman is never available nor in the office .Joy is the only person answers the phone and she knows nothing about the contacts so she has to speak with Trisha and get back with you.Joy never calls back because she can't get the information from Trisha .Joy is very pleasant and not the problem as she's the only one answering the phones and is obviously overwhelmed. This company is a big joke and should not be considered by any organization needing property management. I gave 1 star because 0 stars were not a option.

I applied November 8th, 2022. I just noticed an email stating I was approved Dec 6th. Yet, the landlord told me I was approved December 27 at 6pm. Candi is an outstanding representative, what a wonderful first up front for initial experience with your company. Delightful, efficient, welcoming, professional, a total ray of sunshine! Two weeks ago our AC unit went down on a Saturday afternoon. My wife is Asthmatic and we needed to have our roof entrance opened for the tech to have access to the AC unit. I called the emergency number to Renaissance Management Group. I left a message explaining our situation and within minutes I received a call from The actual manager (Trisha). She was so compassionate and understanding to our situation. She explained what steps had to be taken in conjunction with our board members of our condo community. But would do everything within her power to help us. Before I knew it, Trisha managed to reach one of our board members and get the AC tech access to our unit. She did this all on her day off.

A week later our AC went out again. We placed another call to RMG and I spoke with a gentleman who’s name I can’t recall. He was very professional and took the time to make all the arrangements with our AC company. I have never dealt with a management group that has been as professional and personable as Trisha and her team. Thank you for being their for us in our time of need.

We hired Renaissance at the beginning of the year and am very pleased so far with the level of service we're receiving. It's nice to feel like we're a priority no matter how small our community may be (46 units). Our account manager, Jesula Michel, is accessible and attentive to our community and board members communications.
