Have been waiting for my taxes and or status on what's going on with them over 2 months, the rep named Linda has been avoiding my calls, emails, etc. Their assistants keep giving me the run around. Nobody actually cares, services is way below standard. I will not recommend anyone doing their taxes in this location. If you want to do you taxes and never hear from these people again, well then this is the place to be, otherwise be smart and stay away from a place like this. I urge you to no put yourself and your finances on the hands of this Tax Office Fraud. If you have any questions on my experience please email me I will give you more details.

They are the absolute best, I met Linda when she was the administrator over 10 years ago, she handles a lot of taxes,? I am now a client of her amazing husband Carl, and my husband is a client of Linda, and they are a force to be recon with...love them to pieces😀😀😀

The receptionists was very rude and had attitude over the phone when I called to get a copy of my husband's 1099. When I get there to pick it up she still has attitude and seemed to be upset for whatever reason. I told I was there to pick up a 1099 and she gives it to me and dosen't say a word. I would not recommend this place with a receptionist with no customer service.

Walked in to see if I could do my taxes late and the receptionist was immediately rude asking if I had an appointment, I said no and she told me in the ugliest and rudest tone, “we’re not taking new clients sorry” I tried to speak again and Immediately got interrupted by her saying. “We’re not taking new clients” I turned around and left.
